Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Requests

  • Guests can submit a request to rent the cottage.

  • Upon submission, an automatic email will be sent confirming that the request has been received and that our team will respond as soon as possible.

Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit of 25% of the total stay is required once the booking request has been reviewed and approved.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • If the booking is made less than 30 days before the stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel up to 30 days prior to the stay to receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.
